Energy feedback to power grid type electronic load bank is based on PWM bidirectional rectification circuit and wide-range voltage converter, which can feed the energy lost by load back to the grid, reducing the energy waste in battery testing.

 

● Product featuresIt has constant current, constant power, constant resistance, constant voltage and multiple load modes.

● Rapid transient response, ≤5ms.

● High-speed digital control technology is adopted.

● Load accuracy reaches 0.1%FS.

● PWM rectification technology is adopted, power factor>0.99, power supply end harmonics<3%, efficiency greater than 93%.

● Buttons or seven-inch touch screen are adopted, which is convenient for operation and display.

● It has multiple communication interfaces, which can realize remote operation, unattended operation and embedded test system.

● Modular design is adopted, which makes the equipment easy to maintain in the later stage.

● Multi-phase interleaved DCDC and three-level high-efficiency grid-fed working mode have low temperature rise, high operating reliability and long service life.

● Load-side reverse connection detection protection function. If the power supply load is reversely connected, the contactor is not allowed to close the switch.

High-efficiency Liquid Cooling:Utilizes 30% propylene glycol solution with ≥95% heat exchange efficiency. DN120 flange water circuits enable 84m³/h flow rate, ensuring continuous operation without overheating. All pipes adopt corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel with insulated inner walls for industrial-grade durability.

 

Precision Load Control:8-step resistive load adjustment (25-200KW), unity power factor, and ≤5% load accuracy. Support three control modes: panel switches, touchscreen, and PC software, meeting laboratory-level testing standards.

 

Comprehensive Safety Protection:Incorporates 8-layer protection (temperature, short-circuit, overload, leakage, etc.). Two-stage water temperature alarm triggers load unloading, with 1MPa pipeline pressure resistance and IP23 protection for -10℃~50℃ environments.

 

Intelligent Data Monitoring:HMI interface real-time displays voltage, current, power, and temperature curves with ±0.5℃ accuracy. USB data export and local storage facilitate full-cycle performance analysis.

 

Crafted with GTAW-TIG welding and 316L alloy resistors, the ≤1300kg lightweight design balances durability and flexibility. From nuclear power debugging to marine power systems, Sunwin’s 1000KW load bank sets new standards in power testing excellence.
