Generator Test System Integration Project
Project background
Weichai Group is leading enterprise of China diesel engine industry. 2014 Kaixiang got the order for Weichai Group Generator Engineering Project, full charge of the design, manufacture, installation, commissioning of the whole system engineering. The core equipment AC690V-30MW-RL High Power Resistive Inductive Load Bank can reach the testing requirement at middle voltage 11kv,6.6kv,3.3kv and low voltage 690v,440v,400v.

Wärtsilä is a global leader in advanced technologies and complete lifecycle solutions for the marine and energy markets. For acceptance test of their marine generator set, Wärtsilä purchase 11KV 35MW Medium Voltage Load Bank and 690V 2MW Load Bank from Kaixiang in 2016.

CSIC Longjiang GH TURBINE Co. Ltd is gas turbine manufacture enterprise, invested by China Shipbuilding Industry Company (CSIC). To test their Gas Turbine in factory, GH purchased 10.5KV/6.3KV 50MW Medium Voltage Load Bank from Kaixiang in 2017. Which including 7 units 6MW and 2 unit 4MW.
