Main features and functions

● Intelligent three-stage charging mode: constant current technology is used in the initial stage of charging, the charging current is constant, and the battery voltage is quickly increased. When the charging voltage reaches the upper limit voltage, it automatically switches to constant voltage and current reduction charging, which effectively improves the capacity conversion efficiency of the battery. At the end of charging, it switches to trickle floating charging, so that each single battery is charged evenly, ensuring that the battery capacity can be restored to the maximum extent, effectively solving the phenomenon of single voltage imbalance, and avoiding the danger of over-voltage charging of the battery.

● Automatic shutdown function: automatically stop charging when any of the following conditions is met: time is up, capacity is up, and protection voltage is up.

● Automatic alarm function: automatically alarm when high temperature or battery pack connection is disconnected.

● Real-time monitoring function: real-time display and control of each set parameter (such as voltage, current, capacity, duration).

● Record query function: the charger can store 4 sets of charging data, and users can query as needed.

● Data transfer function: with standard USB interface and RS232 interface. After charging, the data can be transferred to the computer through the U disk or directly uploaded to the computer through the RS232 interface, solving the problem of large-capacity data storage.

● Data processing function: After the charging data is analyzed and processed by the supporting data processing software, various curve charts can be automatically generated and supported for printing.

● Computer remote control function: Charging parameters can be set and modified through the computer; the charger can be controlled to start and stop charging.

● Adopting green frequency modulation and width modulation control technology, high efficiency, high power factor; low ripple coefficient, and little interference to other equipment.

● Power-off memory function: All test data will not be lost after power failure, and charging can continue without setting parameters and status after power-on again.

● Calibration correction function of voltage and current display values: mainly calibrates the total voltage and current of the battery pack.

Data processing software

 

Directly obtain the charging information of the charger, and after processing and analysis, it can generate current curves, voltage curves, test data, etc., and can be output to Html, Excel and Word to form a test report, and support printing, which is convenient for users to archive. Based on these charts, you can view the performance change trend of the battery pack, providing a scientific basis for judging the quality of the battery pack.
