30KW Liquid Cooling Load Banks: Unlock a New Paradigm for Data Center Energy Saving

Sunwin 30KW Liquid Cooling Load Bank: Unlock a New Paradigm for Data Center Energy Saving

In the wave of pursuing energy conservation and consumption reduction in the data center industry, "liquid cooling" technology has become a key solution to reduce data center energy consumption due to its reliability and feasibility. And our 30KW liquid cooling load bank is the core tool in this technological wave.

It can accurately simulate the actual heat generation and power consumption of real servers in the computer room, providing strong support for the testing of the computer room's liquid cooling effect and line power safety, and laying a solid data and testing foundation for the availability of the computer room system. With a modular design, it is easy to maintain and replace. It can be used alone or in parallel with multiple units, and each device has multiple gear adjustment functions, flexibly adapting to the needs of different scenarios.

In terms of parameters, its heat exchange efficiency is ≥95%, and the full-load accuracy is controlled within ±5%, ensuring the accuracy of testing; it is equipped with an RS485 communication interface, supports manual or remote loading, and also provides a standard Modbus RTU protocol, which is convenient for users to carry out secondary development; in terms of waterways, the inlet water temperature has a wide adaptation range (8 - 50), the waterway interface is equipped with an automatic exhaust valve, and the pipelines are made of 304 stainless steel, manufactured by reliable welding processes such as argon arc welding, with excellent pressure-bearing capacity, and no leakage for 2 hours under a working pressure of 1MPa; at the same time, it has a complete protection mechanism, including over-temperature, pressure, and grounding protection, which ensures the stable operation of the equipment.

In addition, the human-machine interaction and display functions are rich. The inlet and outlet water temperature, pressure, as well as power, current, voltage, flow and other data are clearly presented. Local curves and historical data can also be viewed. Data can be exported through the U port, and curves can be generated and printed on the host computer, allowing the operating status of the equipment to be fully grasped.

The 30KW liquid cooling load bank, with its excellent performance and flexible design, provides a solid and reliable test and guarantee for the energy saving and safe operation of the data center, helping the data center industry move towards a more efficient and greener future.
