The DC automatic load bank is designed for deep discharge maintenance and capacity detection of battery packs. It is simple to operate and easy to move.

It can be used in various power plants, communication base stations,transformer substation (stations), and battery manufacturers. It is suitable for batteries of various models and specifications. After the parameters are set, the capacity test of the battery pack is completed by automatic constant current control.

Main Features and Functions

1. Display mode: LED digital meter displays voltage, current, capacity, and duration.

2. Control mode: Set the protection voltage, discharge current, discharge capacity, and discharge duration of the entire battery pack through the keyboard.

3. Automatic shutdown function: Automatically stop discharging when any of the following conditions are met: time is up, capacity is up, and protection voltage is up. The duration used can be displayed when shutting down. It is recommended that the duration and the actual code ERR be automatically switched for 1 to 2 seconds.

4. Protection function: When the temperature inside the machine is overheated, the load is automatically cut off. When the positive and negative poles are reversed or the battery group is disconnected, the load is automatically alarmed and cut off.

5. The last parameter data can be automatically stored to avoid repeated parameter setting when repeatedly discharging the same model of battery pack.

6. If there are numbered wires and clips inside the chassis, the labels of the fuses and clips are required to be fixed on the fuse holder to prevent slipping.

7. To prevent voltage inaccuracy caused by voltage drop, the equipment is equipped with a voltage external sampling interface and a voltage external sampling line (3 meters).
