With the depletion of primary energy and the increasing environmental pollution, clean and efficient energy utilization has gradually become the mainstream direction of future energy development and utilization. Fuel cells have the attractive characteristics of high efficiency, no pollution, short construction period, easy maintenance and low cost. It is not only the most promising alternative clean energy for automobile power, but also can be widely used in space shuttles, submarines, underwater robots, communication systems, small and medium-sized power stations, household power supplies and other fields. It is very suitable for providing mobile, decentralized power supply and power supply close to end users, and can also solve the problem of grid peak regulation. In order to continuously improve the performance and quality of fuel cells, battery developers, producers, and users need to conduct battery characteristic tests, durability tests, and load tests to detect their capacity, efficiency, performance, reliability and other indicators to ensure the quality of fuel cells.
As a chemical battery, fuel cells have soft output characteristics. When the load changes and the output current changes, the output voltage will fluctuate in a large range according to the change of current. Using ordinary resistive loads can only perform constant power tests under relatively fixed voltage conditions, which cannot meet the test requirements of fuel cells; and conventional high-power electronic loads require water cooling and heat dissipation, which takes up a lot of space and is inconvenient to use. In addition, fuel cells also need to undergo multiple tests such as sensitivity research and durability testing. Currently, many test equipment on the market can only test one of these tests, which is not convenient for users to use uniformly.
In view of the above test characteristics, Sunwin has developed a fuel cell-specific test system (hereinafter referred to as the test system) after technical research. The test system adopts a modular design and can be combined according to user needs to achieve different functions, power, and performance indicators.
Test items of Sunwin fuel cell-specific test system
1. Fuel cell engine performance test:
Test the performance of the fuel cell system, including current, voltage, rated power, peak power, single-chip voltage monitoring, system efficiency, hydrogen utilization, start-stop time, etc.
2. Fuel cell engine operating cycle test:
According to the operating conditions in "GB/T 24554-2009 Fuel Cell Engine Performance Test Method", the operating cycle test is carried out to test the output performance of the fuel cell system and the adaptability of the fuel cell system to the operating conditions. It has the functions of initial activation and mid-term activation of the fuel cell system.
3. Fuel cell engine reliability and durability test:
Under given vehicle operating conditions, the reliability and durability of the fuel cell system are tested, and a fuel cell system attenuation and life prediction model is provided.
Optional equipment
According to customer needs, this test system can be equipped with a variety of equipment, such as:
Fuel cell energy-consuming electronic load
