When the production sites of coal mines, ores and other enterprises are disconnected from the main power grid, they will use backup generator sets to power mine hoists. During the inertial descent of the hoist, reverse current, i.e. reverse power, will be generated. When the reverse power value exceeds the adjustable range of the backup generator set, the generator set will trip due to reverse power protection and disconnect from the power grid, resulting in a comprehensive power outage on site, which will bring major safety hazards to the operators. In order to ensure the safe operation of industrial and mining enterprises, Sunwin has developed a mine reverse power absorption device that can perform real-time detection on the output side of the generator and perform necessary control on the reverse power of the power generation to avoid safety accidents caused by the shutdown of the unit due to reverse power, so that the self-contained power station can operate safely and stably.

 

Main Functions

 

Automatic power allocation

The system will automatically allocate the corresponding load gear for power absorption according to the size of the reverse power to ensure that the generator can minimize the power output of the generator without reverse power.

 

High-precision measurement

The device uses a high-performance processor and a high-resolution A/D converter, combined with a dedicated measurement CT, to ensure high-precision measurement of the reverse power value.

 

Independent of communication network

Built-in independent CPU module, self-monitoring, analysis and processing, the operation of the equipment is completely independent of the communication network, and the network paralysis does not affect the normal operation of the equipment.

 

Real-time anti-reverse power

High-speed collection of power grid data, accurate capture of reverse power events, millisecond-level rapid response, real-time monitoring of reverse power events of the generator.

 

Human-computer interaction

Adopting a fully Chinese large-screen LCD display, trip report, alarm report, telesignaling, telemetry, fixed value setting, etc. are clearly marked on the screen for easy user identification and mastering.

 

Function expansion

On the basis of real-time anti-reverse power in normal times, emergency generator sets can be maintained and regularly tested with load to extend the service life of the generator sets.
