Overview
The automatic charging/discharging dual-purpose machine can "activate" any 2V/6V/12V single lagging battery in the battery pack online or remove the load to activate the entire group of lagging batteries. Improve the capacity of lagging batteries, prevent them from further lagging and affecting normal batteries, and extend the life of the battery pack. It integrates charging/discharging, and can automatically complete the charging/discharging process at constant voltage or constant current after parameter setting. It greatly reduces the labor intensity of maintenance personnel and is a wise choice for battery manufacturers and battery users.
A battery pack is usually composed of several single cells connected in series or in parallel. Among the lagging single cells, the lowest capacity directly determines the capacity of the battery pack. When there is a lagging single cell in the battery pack, if the traditional method is used to charge the entire group of batteries, it will not only have no effect on the repair of the lagging battery, but also easily cause other batteries to lose water due to overcharging, which directly affects the capacity and life of the entire battery pack.
Features And Functions
Ø Display mode:
LED digital meter display, real-time display of all test data: voltage, current, capacity, duration and temperature inside the machine, etc.
Ø Control mode:
Set the equalization charge voltage, floating charge voltage, discharge termination voltage, charge/discharge current, duration, capacity and other parameters through the keyboard.
Ø Working mode:
(1) Constant current discharge mode automatically completes the battery capacity test or load capacity test.
(2) Intelligent three-stage charging mode: Constant current technology is used in the initial charging, the charging current is constant, and the battery voltage is quickly increased. When the charging voltage reaches the upper limit voltage, it automatically switches to constant voltage and current reduction charging, which effectively improves the capacity conversion efficiency of the battery. At the end of charging, it switches to trickle floating charge, so that the battery receives electricity evenly, ensuring that the battery capacity can be restored to the maximum extent, effectively solving the voltage imbalance phenomenon, and avoiding the danger of over-voltage charging of the battery.
(3) It can activate, charge, discharge, maintain and detect the battery's storage performance for various batteries. The discharge and charging process can be completed without removing the battery connection line.
(4) Real-time monitoring of the battery's voltage, current, capacity, duration, etc.
Ø Automatic shutdown function:
Automatically stop working when any of the following conditions are met: time up, capacity up, protection voltage up.
Ø Automatic alarm function:
With intelligent anti-reverse connection function, it will automatically alarm when high temperature or battery pack disconnection, undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent, etc. occur.
Ø Calibration and correction function of voltage and current display values:
It can calibrate and correct the total voltage of the battery pack, the voltage and current of the single cell.
