Introduction
The intelligent battery activation instrument is specially designed for deep charging, discharging, activation, testing and capacity analysis of obsolete single cells. Its principle is to activate the active substances of the battery plates through multiple cycles of charge/discharge, so as to increase the battery capacity and extend its service life. It adopts modern new power electronics technology and intelligent microprocessing technology, and cooperates with computer data processing software to intelligently control the battery activation process, repair and restore obsolete batteries, and realize resource recycling.
Features and Functions
Ø Display mode:
large LCD screen display, Chinese menu prompts, real-time display of all test data: voltage, current, capacity, time and temperature inside the machine, etc.
Ø Control mode:
single chip control, set the equalization charge voltage, floating charge voltage, discharge termination voltage, charge/discharge current, duration and temperature inside the machine through the keyboard.
Ø Working mode:
(1) Constant current discharge mode automatically completes the battery capacity test or load capacity test.
(2) Intelligent three-stage charging mode: constant current technology is used in the initial charging, the charging current is constant, and the battery voltage is quickly increased. When the charging voltage reaches the upper limit voltage, it automatically switches to constant voltage and current reduction charging, which effectively improves the capacity conversion efficiency of the battery. At the end of charging, it switches to trickle floating charge, so that each single cell receives power evenly, ensuring that the battery capacity can be restored to the maximum extent, effectively solving the problem of single cell voltage imbalance, and avoiding the danger of over-voltage charging of the battery.
(3) Cyclic discharge and charge function: set the upper and lower limits of the discharge/charge hour rate and its voltage, and automatically cycle the discharge and charging process;
(4) Battery activation function: set the number of battery activation times to activate the battery pack.
Ø Automatic shutdown function:
Automatically stop working when any of the following conditions are met: time up, capacity up, protection voltage up, activation times up, etc.
Ø Automatic alarm function:
With intelligent anti-reverse connection function, it will automatically alarm when high temperature or battery pack disconnection, undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent, etc. occur.
Ø Real-time monitoring function:
Real-time display and control of each set parameter (such as voltage, current, capacity, duration and temperature inside the machine)
Ø Record query function:
The activator can store 4 sets of charge and discharge data, and users can query as needed.
Ø Data transfer function:
With standard USB interface and RS232 interface. After charging, the data can be transferred to the computer through the U disk or directly uploaded to the computer through the RS232 interface, solving the problem of large-capacity data storage.
Ø Data processing function:
After the activation data is analyzed and processed by the supporting data processing software, various curve charts can be automatically generated and printed.
Ø Computer remote control function:
The charge and discharge parameters can be set and modified through the computer; the activator can be controlled to start and stop charging and discharging.
Ø Externally sourced voltage:
Externally sourced voltage can more accurately test the battery voltage during the charge/discharge process.
Ø Anti-reverse connection function:
When the test cable is connected to the positive and negative poles of the battery in reverse, the activation instrument will start to prompt that the battery is not connected or the battery voltage is low, protecting the activation instrument from damage.
Ø Calibration and correction function of voltage and current display values:
The voltage and current can be calibrated and corrected.
Ø The power consumption component adopts special alloy resistors, produced with independent intellectual property rights and patented technology, with high power density, no open flame, safe and reliable, and long life.
Ø Modular design is adopted, with significant features such as high degree of automation, simple operation, high charge reduction rate, and energy saving. It is small in size, easy to carry, and has forced air cooling.
Data Software
Directly obtain the charge and discharge information of the activation instrument, and after processing and analysis, it can generate current curves, voltage curves, test data, etc., and can be output to Html, Excel and Word to form a test report, and supports printing, which is convenient for users to archive. According to these charts, the performance change trend of the battery pack can be viewed, providing a scientific basis for judging the quality of single cells.
