Overview
The intelligent charge /discharge tester is a product launched in response to market demand. It has five functions: charge, discharge, single-cell detection, online monitoring and activation. It has a high degree of integration and more complete functions. By testing the battery capacity, it can accurately and quickly find out the lagging battery and give the remaining capacity of each single cell. Through activation, each battery in the battery pack can quickly and fully increase the capacity, reduce the internal resistance, and effectively solve the problem of single-cell voltage imbalance.

Can quickly and accurately find out the failed battery and lagging battery in the battery
pack through rapid discharge in a short time, estimate the remaining capacity of the battery and evaluate the quality of the battery.
Working mode:
(1) Constant current discharge mode automatically completes the battery capacity test or load capacity test, can estimate the remaining capacity of the battery through five minutes of rapid discharge, and perform capacity analysis.
(2) Intelligent three-stage charging mode: constant current technology is used in the initial stage of charging, the charging current is constant, and the battery voltage is quickly increased. When the charging voltage reaches the upper limit voltage, it automatically switches to constant voltage and current reduction charging, which effectively improves the capacity conversion efficiency of the battery. At the end of charging, it switches to trickle floating charging, so that each single cell receives electricity evenly, ensuring that the battery capacity can be restored to the maximum extent, effectively solving the phenomenon of single cell voltage imbalance, and avoiding the danger of over-voltage charging of the battery.
(3) Cyclic discharge and charge function: set the upper and lower limits of the discharge/charge hour rate and its voltage, and automatically cycle the discharge and charging process once.
(4) Battery activation function: set the number of charge and discharge cycles, and use pulse charging to activate and repair the battery.
Automatic shutdown function: automatically stop working when any of the following nditions is met: time up, capacity up, single cell protection voltage up, whole group protection voltage up, number of cycles up, etc.
Automatic alarm function: with intelligent anti-reverse connection function, it automatically alarms when high temperature or battery group disconnection, undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent, etc. occur.
Real-time monitoring functionReal-time display and control of each set parameter (such as the voltage of the whole battery group, the voltage of the single battery, current, capacity, duration and temperature inside the machine, etc.).
Record query function:
The charging/discharging tester can store 16 sets of charging and discharging data, and users can query as needed.
Data transfer function:
It has a standard USB interface and RS232 interface. After charging, the data can be transferred to the computer through a USB flash drive or directly uploaded to the computer through the RS232 interface, solving the problem of large-capacity data storage.
Data processing function:
After the charging and discharging data are analyzed and processed by the supporting data processing software, various curve charts can be automatically generated and supported for printing.
Computer remote control function:
The charging and discharging parameters can be set and modified through the computer; the charging/discharging tester can be controlled to start and stop charging and discharging.
Calibration and correction function of voltage and current display values:
The total voltage of the battery pack, the voltage and current of the single battery can be calibrated and corrected.

Data software
Directly obtain the charge and discharge information of the charge/discharge tester, and after processing and analysis, it can generate current curve graphs, voltage curve graphs, monomer curve graphs, capacity analysis graphs, monomer bar graphs, characteristic comparison graphs, test data, etc., and can be output to Html, Excel and Word to form a test report, and support printing, which is convenient for users to archive. According to these charts, you can view the performance change trend of the battery pack, providing a scientific basis for judging the quality of the whole group or single battery.
